Process

Hiring, the way we'd want to be hired.

  1. Async intro (45 min you keep). A short written prompt and a Loom-style video reply. No timed coding.
  2. Conversation with the role's lead (60 min). Real work, real context, real questions you can ask back.
  3. Paid take-home (4-6 hours, your timezone). A scoped problem from the actual codebase or a sanitised mirror. We pay โ‚ฌ600 flat regardless of outcome.
  4. Team day (4-6 hours, your choice of remote or Cyprus). Pair on the take-home, meet the people you'd work with, decide together.
  5. Offer within a week. Salary band published on day one. We don't negotiate by attrition.
