IVO is not a single server. It's a network of independent WHMCS sites running the IVO addon. Each site is a node. Workers, projects, and tasks created on one node can flow to peers - same JSON, same protocol, signed at the boundary.
Every paid task is funded into escrow at creation. Funds release on owner approval, by automatic timeout if a delivered task isn't reviewed in 7 days, or by the dispute mechanism. There is no scenario where a worker delivers and a buyer disappears with their money.
Tiers gate withdrawal limits, not platform access. Tier 0 lets you browse and build a profile. Tier 1 unlocks small payouts. Tier 2 unlocks full payouts and listing as an investor. Tier 3 unlocks node operation. See the tier matrix.
